INTRODUCTION
Glen-Wood, Inc. was started as a nonprofit organization in Plentywood in 1976 to provide services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in northeastern Montana. Although our primary mission is to provide services to people with disabilities, we have added on other services throughout the years.

Our wonderful Direct Support Professionals strive to aide our individuals in everyday activities to help them achieve the best life possible.
QUALITY TRANSIT
Our drivers go above and beyond to provide quality transportation throughout Sheridan County without hesitating to lend a hand.
THRIFT SHOP
Our volunteers work hard to keep the Thrift Shop clean and organized daily while always having a smile on their faces! We could not do it without their countless hours of dedicated service.
SHERIDAN COUNTY FOOD BANK
The food bank is available to any Sheridan County household that meets the income guidelines.
MEALS ON WHEELS
We work diligently to prepare hundreds of meals for senior members of the community.

ACTIVITY CENTER
We provide an opportunity for the people we support to develop work, social, and life skills. Some of our employment opportunities include janitorial work and preparing local flyers for delivery.

OUR HOUSE
Glen-Wood manages an eight bed group home for adults with disabilities. The services are licensed through the state of Montana. The people who live here have the opportunity and support to learn life skills.

SUPPORTED LIVING
People that are more independent have the opportunity to live in their own apartment or house within Plentywood. Staff provides assistance when needed.

SHERIDAN COUNTY FOOD BANK
We have partnered with the Montana Food Bank Network to provide food and supplies for our neighbors in need. There are a variety of choices for food, and our stock changes regularly based on donations.

Eligibility: Be a resident of Sheridan County and meet the income requirements (Income under 200% of the poverty level).
MEALS ON WHEELS
SINCE 1998 WE HAVE PARTNERED WITH THE COUNCIL ON AGING AND SHERIDAN COUNTY TO PROVIDE MEALS TO ELIGIBLE SENIORS. WE CURRENTLY DELIVER AN AVERAGE OF 180 MEALS A WEEK.
